As ranchers ourselves, we know the demanding rhythm of calving season – checking cows and calves all night long. That's why we've crafted a coffee that delivers the robust flavor and steady energy you need to get through it.
 
Our beans are sourced from dedicated smallholder coffee producers in Casanare, Colombia, a region with a rich history of independence and resilience. Just as the "Lanceros" fought valiantly for Colombia's freedom, these farmers cultivate exceptional coffee. Grown at an altitude of 1,200 meters in fertile volcanic loam and harvested from October to January, our Castillo variety beans are fully washed and sun-dried to perfection.
